“Appeals court to hear dispute over insurance coverage for COVID-19 shutdowns”: Terrie M،-Besecker of The Times-Tribune of Scranton, Pennsylvania had this report back on April 10, 2023 about an appeal that I argued two days later before a three-judge panel of the Pa. Superior Court sitting in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania on behalf of the insured in that case.
Today, my client received a favorable ruling in the case, consisting of a majority opinion and a concurring statement.
